- Cleaning frames: Wipe down with a soft cloth and a mild solution of soap and water. Rinse with clean water and dry to prevent water spots. Avoid abrasive pads, harsh solvents, or pressure washing — these can damage the powder-coat finish.
- Cleaning glass: Standard glass cleaner on a microfiber cloth. Avoid spraying directly onto the frame edges.
- Hardware: Hinges, locks, and tracks benefit from a light silicone lubricant once a year. Avoid oil-based lubricants — they attract dust.
- Weatherstripping: Inspect annually for wear. Replacement strips available — contact us with your model and size.
- Tracks (sliding doors/windows): Vacuum debris quarterly. Wipe with damp cloth. Lubricate rollers if movement becomes stiff.
