Materials & Care

Care for your aluminum doors and windows:

Cleaning frames: Wipe down with a soft cloth and a mild solution of soap and water. Rinse with clean water and dry to prevent water spots. Avoid abrasive pads, harsh solvents, or pressure washing — these can damage the powder-coat finish.
Cleaning glass: Standard glass cleaner on a microfiber cloth. Avoid spraying directly onto the frame edges.
Hardware: Hinges, locks, and tracks benefit from a light silicone lubricant once a year. Avoid oil-based lubricants — they attract dust.
Weatherstripping: Inspect annually for wear. Replacement strips available — contact us with your model and size.
Tracks (sliding doors/windows): Vacuum debris quarterly. Wipe with damp cloth. Lubricate rollers if movement becomes stiff.

Routine care extends the life of your product and preserves warranty coverage.

About this size

Six feet long and only three high (72″ × 36″ — some listings write it 36 × 72, height first), this slider suits walls where a tall window won't work.

Good spots: a workshop wall above the bench, a laundry room over the machines, a bedroom wall with the bed beneath it, or a lower-level den.
How it opens: one panel slides along the track to open three feet of the six; nothing projects.
Options: black or white.

Also available in custom sizes and colors — quoted per order.

Need it taller than it is wide — 36" W × 72" H? Any size, including tall, can be custom-ordered to your opening. Send us your width and height for a quote, or see 36x72 windows.
